Fatemeh (Faye) Abbasi earned her LL.B. and a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law in Iran and practiced as a licensed lawyer in Tehran for five years before moving to Canada. She later completed a second Master of Laws degree at Dalhousie University in Halifax. In 2023, Faye moved to Sarnia and is proud to call the community home. She was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2025.

At GMSB, Faye works alongside Ryan Bell and D’Arcy Bell, assisting and collaborating with them in the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Estates, and Corporate/Commercial law. She is passionate about making the law accessible and understandable, and values building strong, trusting relationships. Faye believes that clear communication and legal awareness are at the heart of effective representation.

Outside of law, Faye trains in Muay Thai at a local gym and has a strong passion for travelling and experiencing different cuisines from around the world.
